Job description

Take the lead in the management of all the green assets of the Bullfinch portfolio.
Work closely with the CIO and the coming CTO, and act as the main user of the technology platform which we use to manage all these assets.
Implement Bullfinch Asset Management platform and develop it further.
Responsible for managing all the aspects of the portfolio, from the pure hardware and physical assets, to the cash management of the receivables and payables.
Responsible for selecting third party servicers who complete Bullfinch's own capacities on the operational part of the asset management (EPC, O&M, payments, Risk,…).
Select, hire and manage a growing asset management team during 2021.
We foresee remote work until at least June 2021. Then we have offices in Frankfurt and Munich.

Qualifications

5-10 years experience in asset management in Real Estate or in consumer finance in a fund, Bank or financial institution.
Knowledge managing and working with digital platforms.
Preferable previous experience working in a startup.
Experience leading small teams.
Fluent in German and English.
Ready to join a new well funded startup backed by strong investors and become one of the key members of Bullfinch.
This job involves a lot of work in setting up and developing the project further. If you are looking for a plug&play job, this is not for you.
